What can’t I say about Marj?! Met her during the COVID era, when the market may have not been the nicest for buyers; however, she stuck with us. She followed-up throughout the year, providing updates on the market and perhaps when would be our best time to “strike”. Sure enough, we were able to purchase under asking and Marjorie’s contacts throughout the real estate community are first class! She assisted with our process to make it truly seamless! Marjorie was a wonderful realtor. She was honest about the houses we were looking at. She listened to our concerns. She was was hard-working and generous with her time. She showed up at the closing to make sure all went well. She was even kind enough to give us a small gift for our new home and check up on our first year anniversary to make sure all was going well. She was very enjoyable (yes, enjoyable) to work with.
