Marjorie “Marj” Hanabergh prides herself on providing her clients and customers with the best possible service when it comes to selling their homes or finding the home of their dreams. She has worked as an agent for ten years and has over 25 years years experience as a NYS Certified Residential Appraiser.  Marj has extensive training for accurately pricing homes for her sellers and tenaciously negotiating a fair sale price for her buyers.  She has recently achieved the designation of Certified Buyer Representative®.

Marj has sold and/or appraised all types of residential properties in just about every community on Long Island.
